Booking & Refund Policy
- Booking Confirmation:
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment is required for certain stays.
- Pay the remaining balance upon arrival (cash, online transfer, credit/debit card, UPI).
- Contact us for assistance with online booking payment issues.
- Check-in: 9:00 AM on your reserved day.
- Check-out: 9:00 AM.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
General Rules
- Carry valid ID proof upon arrival.
- One therapy per day based on appointment schedule.
- Check-out by a designated time.
- Swimwear rentals available (hygiene required if using your own).
- No stimulants or outside food/drinks.
- Participate in all routine activities.
- Remain on campus during your stay.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and decorum.
- Valuables are your responsibility (management not liable for loss).
- Mobile/laptop use restricted to rooms only.
- No cooking inside rooms.
- Additional services incur extra charges.
- Package includes stay, meals, and medical consultation. Some premium therapies are extra.
- Management reserves the right to make final decisions in disputes.
- Misbehavior with staff is grounds for immediate discharge with no refunds.
Membership
- Valid for a specific period. Unused days expire upon expiry.
- Minimum stay packages are available.
- Shorter stays may affect membership benefits.
- A membership fee may be required.
- Management reserves the right to change membership terms without notice.
- Membership benefits may not apply during special events or blackout periods.
- Reservations require advance notice and are subject to availability.
Non-Eligibility for Admission
